    The Family Room with Private Bathroom has plenty of space, great for the whole clan to kick back after a long day. It's got potential for comfort, given the size.

    We had quite the adventure just getting into the room. Ten minutes of ringing the doorbell isn't exactly stellar. Once we got in, the setup was unimpressive-only a double bed and a sofa, with little to no bedding for the sofa sleeper, leaving us out in the cold. The heating wasn't even turned on. When we figured out the sofa bed was supposed to be usable, we found the mattress was uneven. In the end, the pillows and blankets were lacking as well-definitely not what you'd hope for on a family getaway.

    The Family Room with Private Bathroom was spacious. We faced some challenges. It took us around 10 minutes to get inside, and we found the heating off, made the night uncomfortable. Despite these issues, the room had good potential for a family stay.
